Hammitt Grand Opening at South Coast Plaza

Hammitt Grand Opening at South Coast Plaza

Freshly poured champs, a monogram machine and some of your favorite Real Housewives walked into our store. Here’s a full rundown of the party we threw to celebrate Hammitt at South Coast Plaza, with proceeds benefiting the Blind Children’s Center.

Guests were greeted with our take on a lady in red. Painted with creative Nicolette Spears's take on Ponderosa, this show-stopping live art stopped South Coast Plaza visitors in their tracks.

Also decked out in Ponderosa? Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville. “The bag needs to be the star,” advised Brandi after choosing her clutch for the night. She paired a bold red lip with show-stopping reptile leather, taking her look for a spin on South Coast Plaza's famous carousel.

Elsewhere in the store, Miss California Erica Dann and Miss California Teen Alina Carranza gravitated towards our Shooting Star collection. The patch-perfect Dillon and Gregory bags paired perfectly with royalty-approved wardrobes.

Another ideal choice for very important guests? Our classic VIP clutch. RHOC stars Gina Kirschenheiter, Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson all cradled sleek variations of the clutch, with Emily reflecting on the importance of the night's charitable cause.

“I love any kind of meet and greet that gives back to charity. Women get to shop, I get to hang out with my friends and drink champagne. It’s a perfect combination,” mused Emily Simpson, summing up our kind of good time with her VIP in tow.

Founder Tony Drockton and designer Jeanne Allen also mingled with Blind Children's Center, emphasizing Hammitt's dream of empowering children and families. The duo, along with other members of team Hammitt, committed to visit the center this fall and continue the inspirational partnership.
