Reflecting on the past year at Hammitt, 2025 was filled with so much new - new silhouettes, trend-forward choices, and elevated evening bags that completely changed the game. Who’s ready for a recap of our best launches of the year that Hammitt collectors & celebrities alike loved? We are!
Debuting in Spring 2025, the Tom Med quickly became one of our bestselling silhouettes. This compact and trend-forward take on our beloved Tom Lrg is the perfect day-to-night shoulder bag and one of my personal favorites. No matter where I am going, the Tom Med is one of my go-to bags - it fits everything I could need and more! The Tim Med, another personal favorite, debuted this past summer and features the perfect hint of structure, making it ideal for everyday wear. The Tim fits all of my essentials, and I bring it to the office daily. The magnetic top closure allows for easy access while keeping my belongings secure and organized - a huge plus in my book.
Our iconic Kyle family expanded this year with the addition of our new Kyle Med and Kyle Lrg silhouettes. Both the Kyle Med and Lrg have the same easy-to-use features as the Kyle Sml, but in slightly larger sizes. Our new Kyle Med in Calf Hair and Kyle Lrg in Chili Red are still available, so get them while you can!
We decided to honor some of the most iconic women of all time, and who could be a better fit than Miss Elle Woods? We created the Elle Work Carry, a nod to the iconic Elle Woods, for our first-ever fully loaded work tote. With padded tech compartments and plenty of interior capacity, this bag is designed for the ultimate girl boss. Speaking of girl bosses, our Meredith family, named after Meredith Grey of Grey’s Anatomy, is our first-ever doctor-style meets bowling bag silhouette. This elevated and timeless shape is simultaneously classic, yet modern and chic. Available in two sizes, the Meredith Med is designed with extra room, so you can fit more than just the essentials.
Stepping into the world of elevated clutches and shoulder bags, our Shelley and Soiree Clutches introduced a new era for Hammitt. Inspired by the graceful curves of seashells and handmade fans, the Shelley features striking paneling details and a voluminous pleated silhouette, designed to turn heads and be the perfect plus-one for special occasions. Shelley’s versatile shape allows it to be hand-carried, tucked under the arm, or worn as a crossbody with a detachable strap. Our very first acrylic clutch, the Soiree Clutch, is one-of-a-kind, featuring premium acrylic layers with a glass-like finish and mesmerizing marble effect with pearlescent highlights. What makes this clutch even more unique, in addition to its stunning marble detailing, is the fact that it is handmade by skilled artisans, so each clutch is truly one of a kind.
The Invitation Clutch is the first-ever Hammitt bag designed exclusively as a clutch, making it a must-have accessory for high-end occasions such as cocktail hours and evening events. The clutch debuted our new Hammitt Droplet hardware piece, and its signature metal chain strap allows the clutch to be worn elegantly over your hand or draped across your forearm. The Invitation Clutch in our Falling Rivets treatment is reminiscent of our Kyle Premiere Collection, but with a twist, echoing the natural pattern of stars in the starry night sky. It truly is the perfect elevated accessory and finishing touch for any outfit. Jenna Ortega carried her custom Invitation Clutch to the Academy Gala late this year, and we couldn’t have imagined a better bag for the occasion.
Continuing the new era of clutches and elevated shoulder bags, the Charlotte Sml is our new wallet-on-chain featuring a special water-inspired turn lock and premium detachable crossbody chain strap. The two main sections of the Charlotte Sml allow for easy organization: the back zippered pocket features six credit card slots and a flat bill pocket, and the front lock pocket has just the right amount of space and security for your phone. This bag is a Julie Bowen favorite, and it accompanied her to the Netflix premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 earlier this year. The larger member of the Charlotte family also released this year is the Charlotte Med, a gusseted silhouette with a long drop shoulder strap and the same water-inspired lock as the Charlotte Sml. This bag is perfect for elevated events, and ushers in a new era of elegant evening bags for Hammitt.
Last but not least, I cannot forget about our versatile Montana Mini on Chain, an updated version of our beloved Montana Pendant, released this holiday season. This accessory is perfect for any event and can be worn over the neck, around the waist, or as a small cardholder for your pocket or bag, thanks to the thin, detachable metal crossbody chain that allows for versatility and style.
