How do I cancel/edit an order?

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

The magic number? 30 days!

Is there any time I can’t exchange or return a Hammitt?

When you score a Hammitt during a sale, it can’t be returned or exchanged. Don’t worry, though. We’ll give you a heads up before a Hammitt is yours forever.

Do you have discount codes?

No codes here! We believe in letting you shop with confidence, knowing you’ll find the same Hammitt pricing no matter where you roam. Plus, we sneak in some surprises from time to time. Keeps us on our toes.

When will I receive my order?

By default, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days via FedEx, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping carriers across the country are experiencing high demand + delays. We cannot confidently endorse expedited shipping at this time, so we recommend shopping for gifts as early as possible!
