Domestic Shipping

Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak promotional periods or holidays, processing may extend up to 14 business days. For next-day shipping (weekdays only), please submit your order by 12 pm PT.

This is our conservative estimate. Your order may come earlier, but we cannot guarantee quick processing at this time.

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all orders. After shipping, orders will arrive in 5-10 business days within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground®, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the estimated 5-10 business days to arrive. 

We also offer the following shipping options for faster delivery:

Standard Shipping - Free (5-10 business days after order has shipped.)

UPS 3 Day- $29.99 (3-4 business days after order has shipped.)

UPS 2nd Day Air- $49.99 (2 business days.)

Orders may be shipped to all 50 United States via Two-Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Do not count the day the order ships as a business day. Two-Day Air shipping not available for APO/FPO.  Abnormal weather conditions may affect 2 Day Air Shipping and may take longer than the expected time frame. Please be aware of weather conditions before selecting this shipping method.

UPS Next Day Air- $79.99 (1 business day.)

Orders may be shipped to all 50 United States via Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within one full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Do not count the day the order ships as a business day. One Day Air shipping not available for APO/FPO.  Abnormal weather conditions may affect Next Day Air Shipping and may take longer than the expected time frame. Please be aware of weather conditions before selecting this shipping method.

All shipping fees are non refundable.

PO Box Delivery: We do deliver to PO Boxes but due to UPS/FedEx being unable to deliver to PO Boxes, all PO Box orders will be transferred to USPS, in which case estimated delivery dates may take longer than expected.

Order & Shipping Confirmation


After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email will confirm that your order has been placed and will provide an order confirmation number, which can be referenced as needed. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent with your order tracking information.

International shipping
Hammitt.com currently does not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restriction
Hammitt.com currently does not ship to US territories and internationally. While we will do all that we can to ensure your shipment arrives on time, Hammitt.com cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as severe weather.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you have 30 days from purchase date to return or exchange your purchased items. Visit our returns page to start your return process.


Please Note : Returns will only be accepted if security tags remain intact and attached to bag.

Return Exclusions

Hammitt products purchased during sale can not be returned or exchanged. Notifications and disclaimers will be posted for items that are on sale.
