        "I am absolutely disappointed with this company to say the lease and never will purchase another thing from you guys. I received the purse on the fourth and use it on the 6th to go out to dinner with my Husband and walk around downtown Cincinnati. when I came home, I went to put it away in the storage bag and I noticed that the strap was fraying by the metal buckle not even on the outside part, but the side is closest to my body. I contacted your company by Phone on October 7th, the next day and followed your company protocol. I have been told that it doesn’t qualify for the warranty and that I need to pay to have it fixed. I am 48 women and take pride in my purses especially when they cost more than $400.00. To be told it was my fault I must of got it stuck on something is ridiculous. I was getting ready to buy the matching wallet, but being treated like this with a bag that is 3 days old is absurd. I would like a manager to contact me that can handle this situation in a professional manner. Sincerely, Rachel Noyes"

        Amber Large Crossbody

        "I absolutely LOVE mine, it was perfect on my trip to Cancun and will be just as effective and perfect for my upcoming trip to Guadalajara. HOWEVER, I planned to purchase the weekender, but to my disappointment, I recently learned the AMBER colored weekender HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED!!! PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the amber colored collection, it is an amazing color, is very neutral and goes well with many colors. Thank you"

        "After using it for our trip, I wish it would have a way to lock the main zipper pouch. Also, the strap should be reversible so you can wear it over both shoulders, without the closed zipper being at the bottom of the bag.. so things don’t fall out. Otherwise it’s a great looking bag"

        "Gorgeous, soft leather!! Beautiful packaging as well. My first Hammitt and will not be my last. I was in between the medium and large size and I’m happy with the medium. It doesn’t hold much but I only usually carry a small wallet, my phone (which fits in the back pocket), a few lipglosses plus key fob. Medium size fits best on my 5’2 frame."

        Medium is way too small

        "I purchased the medium to use while traveling in Venice and Paris. All I had in the main compartment was a passport folder, a change purse and a travel Kleenex package. It is way too small. Getting it to zip closed while my phone was in the back pocket was a huge struggle! Quality is good…. size not!"

        "I own many crossbody/sling bags. This bag does what all the others cannot. It is small enough but not to small, pocket on front, back and inside helps organization of your items and it just fits the body. This bag is my all time favorite style this was my 4th one to purchase. It is my go to everyday bag. Hammitt quality is above and beyond. I have carried one un particular for 2 yrs non stop and condition is excellent."

        "I love this bag. I searched high and low for the perfect crossbody, one that would be high quality, distinctive, yet low key enough I could travel with it everywhere and not worry about it as I might a fussier, more delicate bag. This one is the perfect size for international travel essentials and can be worn with anything every day. Th e flash of red on the zippers is the kicker and makes it fun. I am sure this is only the first of several Hammitt bags I will own but it was the perfect one to meet my crossbody needs. Shopped in store and can’t say enough good things about the folks there in LA who helped me patiently as I tried every bag in the store. I will be back!"
