        Strap is not as advertised

        "The bag itself is great. Spacious but not too big and the leather is so beautiful. However, the long strap is not as described. It’s only 1/2” wide and not adjustable as short as the description says. I reached out to customer service and they said that they have changed the strap but haven’t updated the website yet. Kinda misleading but ok. I didn’t buy the bag just because of the long strap specs but I was looking forward to a wider and more adjustable strap since I’m short. The website is still not updated as of this review posting (it’s been a little over a week since I reached out to them)."
