"This bag seems high quality and beautiful in design and execution. I love the compartments and size. Unfortunately after 4 uses (bringing to work, so not heavy load) there was immediate wear on the bottom- I was shocked. I reached out to Hammitt and never heard back. Additionally because of the compartments it’s a very heavy bag. With one laptop and all the items I need for work it’s really not comfortable to carry extensively."
