"Love, love love the bag. I don’t like the look of an extra strap hanging while using it as a crossbody so I had to cut the shoulder strap :( Not sure why it wasn’t designed with removable clips on both sides. That would have solved the issue and I could have retained the option to use it as a shoulder bag. Oh well."
