"These bags are terrific in so many way. The only issue I have is that the short shoulder strap is not completely removable. If you want to use the crossbody strap, or the chain strap, you have to "bury" the shoulder strap or let it hang visibly. I would buy this style in almost every color, if that shoulder strap was completely removable. Please consider designing a completely removable shoulder strap!"
