"Ok wow. I get it now. This is my first purchase from Hammitt and yes it’s true. The leather is BUTTER soft. Beautiful packaging and care cards. Exceptional quality for a mid-lux purse. The reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is because there were so many loose fraying strings around the zipper and a little bit of glue on the leather. It was a let down for sure, I cut the strings and cleaned off the glue and it’s good as new. I expect more quality control for the price. Disappointed in that, but tags are off and she’s mine. I’m not too sure if I’ll be purchasing again. But this style is awesome slouchy trend. As others have mentioned the unremovable strap is close to the opening, but it is SO easy to move right out of the way. Not an issue at all. Gorgeous as a casual top handle bag."

"I wish there were 10 stars to give for this! First of all the Doxie is one of my favorite styles of all times, and I am going to say that this cinnamon suede is the most beautiful color combination. I have seen them make yet! They seem to work really hard at making regular drops and bringing out new and beautiful things all the time and just when you think they’ve nailed it they come out with something like this and until you see this and touch it in person you really cannot appreciate it. The color is so rich and reminiscent of Fall which is my favorite season that it just makes me very very happy. I got the mahogany wallet to go with it and they look beautiful together. Perfect match. And the wallet is something that you could easily use with anything else. You really nailed it this time Hammitt! Thank you so much"
"This is my perfect bag! I love the versatility, the size, the way it carries, the look and style. It’s like a small duffle style and I love grab handles. I’ve read some reviews about the handle being in the way but I don’t find that at all. The handle is soft and pliable enough. I’d rather have the handle than not. I also have the Evan and love that grab handle. I purchased Cala Lilly White and the leather is beautiful! I would just hope it would come out in other colors in the future!"
