"I loved the nice quality leather and color but hate the thick sewn-on strap that is there as a “handle” I assume? I just want a nice, quality bag that has a short shoulder strap (hate cross shoulder - so inelegant) and side pockets for my phone, lipstick, keys - any items for quick access. I had to have my alterations professional cut off the short strap that was sewn into the sides (vs a removable buckle) - it’s tough to watch scissors on such a higher than average bag, but it’s a big improvement with that strap not blocking your hand every time you needed to retrieve anything from the inside. Not the ideal design, but I made it functional."
